Togouchi Beer Cask Finish is a select expression of the brand. Produced from barley, 10% of which is malted, it is matured 3 years in 1st and 2nd fill Bourbon casks, before a 6-month finish in IPA Beer casks.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Fresh - white fruits, vanilla.

Palate: Malted - hops, cereals, butterscotch.

Finish: Woody - honey, sweet spices.
